TERMS OF TRANSFER BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS
Between Higher Education Institutions of Undergraduate and Graduate Level Horizontal Regulation on the Principles Relating to the Transition and The University of the fall semester 2017-2018 academic year in accordance with the regulations , requirements for the transfer of students to be admitted to our university and the necessary documents
A. Application Requirements
1- Transfers are only applying equivalent training programs between Higher Education Institutions .
2- Associate degree programs at the end of the first semester by semester , the last two semesters of the first two semesters of the degree program and the preparatory classes cannot be transferred .
3- Students to transfer between institutions, the overall grade of the period in which it is registered in the program have completed an average of at least 100 over 60 (at least 2 out of 4 ) is required.
4- Students studying in secondary education (except the preparatory class ) by giving the whole course of the class they were the first to enter 10 %, it can apply for transfer to the first curriculum within the quota
5- Students need the general notes to the average of 100 over 80 or higher being or the curriculum knitting wants to pass the year, the central placement scores were recorded that year's base score is equal to or higher can be made to apply for transfer to the teaching programs of open and distance education.
6- Transfer application to be made from abroad, it will be considered under Article 14 of the regulation .
7- The students began to study abroad , OSYM result in transfer applications to universities in Turkey or equivalent documents listed below will be searched . Be entered ÖSS year they start their education abroad of these candidates for associate degree programs in the points related species YGS'de 140 or more , the points related species LYS for degree programs 180 or more points you receive must be sought.
B.Documents Required for Application
1- Petition ( which departments and programs will be referenced in the petition stated . )
2- Note certificate ( transcript ) will take the student to leave the organization , followed by the certificate or certified copy showing all courses and grades received in these courses
3- Evidence received disciplinary punishment.
4- Internet printout of the document OSYM placement results.
5- The course content and student certificate.
6- Provided that completed all the documents mentioned above, the applications will also be processed by mail. ( He Students are responsible for the delay that occurs in the mail . Mail Things of documents in the application must be delivered up to the Deadline. )
